We were recommended to Igor for our purchase and he definitely did not disappoint! Igor's knowledge, dedication and patience were extremely valuable to us as new buyers, as we needed step-by-step explanation and guidance throughout the process. It was always educational when talking and asking questions to Igor, and with his experience, he provided us advice without stepping over our ideas and needs.He has always been transparent and pointed out pros AND cons during our visits.Always available and responsive throughout the whole process and even after the purchase, Igor was answering all our questions almost immediately and making follow-up calls at anytime of the day (and night).We will definitely work with Igor in the future and we highly recommend his services to anyone!

I've worked with Igor for quite a while now. He helped me find my first property back in 2016-2017. It was my first property and given how tight my parameters were, Igor managed to find a great condo for me downtown that served me for ~4.5 years!When I was ready to sell in 2022, he was available and ready to help me. Given the state of the economy, we decided to put the place up for rent instead of leaving it vacant and we found a great tenant almost immediately.Igor was handling scheduling visits with potential buyers and tenants the entire time and made the whole process very straightforward on me end.Now that the place is sold and the keys handed off, I can say that even selling the condo was very easy thanks to Igor. He handled scheduling the notary, he was very organized with the coordinating between the tenant and visits, and was very insightful the whole way through.Business aside, Igor is a very charming person and has been such a delight to work with. When my next opportunity arises, I'll be sure to give him a call. He's always fun to speak with, he has great energy, he gives every project his all, and he just genuinely loves what he does and it shows in his results.Anyone who works with Igor is in for great experience. He always puts his clients' needs at the forefront of his every intent. He really understands the market and does everything to can to work with its every ebb and flow to your benefit.
